About Dustin

Dustin Vyers has always been drawn to making things.

He learned to paint at a young age from his grandmother, Peggy, and that early introduction to art shaped how he’s approached creativity ever since. Over the years, his curiosity pulled him into many different disciplines. Music and theater in school. Photography and jewelry design after college. Design, branding, and visual storytelling as his career evolved.

No matter the medium, the same principles kept showing up: composition, color, emotion, and intention.

Today, Dustin works primarily with brands, helping them build strong visual foundations through logo design, branding, and graphic design. From there, his work often expands into campaigns, digital ads, and creative direction for photo and video, making sure everything feels cohesive and considered.

His background as a painter still plays a role in how he works. He thinks like an artist first, bringing a fine art eye to brand problems and creative decisions. The canvas has changed, but the instinct hasn’t.

Alongside his brand work, Dustin continues to create commissioned paintings and portraits on a more selective basis. His fine art practice informs his design work, and vice versa, creating a balance between intuition and strategy.

Dustin is also a longtime advocate for LGBTQ+ and women’s rights and has served on the Board of Directors for Black Tie Dinner in Dallas, Texas.

When he’s not working, he’s usually sketching ideas, refining concepts, or drinking coffee while staring at something that needs to be made better.
